1. About these terms
These terms apply to all purchases made on this website, operated by Saints Label UK (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Your order
After you place an order, you’ll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there’s an error in the price or description. If we do, we’ll let you know and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We make every effort to display prices accurately; if we find an error, we’ll contact you before dispatching your order.

4. Discounts and offers
Bundle offers and discount codes are subject to the conditions shown with each offer. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes can be used once per customer, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Small variations in colour may occur because of screen settings. Our products are designed to support personal Bible study and are not a substitute for Scripture or pastoral guidance.

6. Delivery
Delivery details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they’ve been delivered to the address you provided.

7. Returns, cancellations and refunds
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and you may also return items within 30 days. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your item is faulty, please contact us and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.

9. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. We are not responsible for business losses, as our products are for personal use only.

10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

11. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order will apply to that order.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
