Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost
Fast UK Delivery costs £2.99 per order. The exact delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). During busy periods, this may take a little longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll let you know by email.

Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a confirmation with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived, or arrives damaged, please email us at support@saintslabeluk.com with your order number (and photos if it’s damaged). We’ll look into it with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it, but we can’t guarantee changes once your order has been dispatched.
